I have Classic Aero's carpet kit in my -9A, purchased about 6 years ago. It's great but several years ago the Velcro loop separated from the foam that rests on the floor making it so the carpet slides forward every time someone gets in and out of the plane. I tried gluing it with the 3M spray upholstery but it lasts only a few weeks then separates again. I finally called Classic Aero to purchase a new set of foam but they insisted on sending me a new set free of charge. I'm so appreciative of that kind of customer care. I offered to pay for them but they absolutely declined. I finally got them to agree for me to pay shipping. What great guys and great customer care.
