Today I flew over to Bowling Green, KY to do the first flight of N87PR. My buddy Doug Rohrer built this RV9A and wanted me to do the first flight for him, because it's been a while since he has flown. I went over a few weeks ago and did the inspection before the DAR inspection. The DAR signed it off Friday and the weather wasn't very good over the weekend but today was perfect. Only thing that didn't work was the airspeed, that wasn't a problem for me, but would have been for Doug and that's why he wanted me to do it, I landed it perfectly by feel. Congratulation Doug, she fly's fine.
