Fuel Tank T305 position and edge distance

just about to seal up the left hand fuel tank and one of last tasks is to install thee bracket T 305.

The T305 bracket as shown in Drawing 12 would put the top two rivets very close to the circular cut outs used to form the rib flange.

Does this edge distance matter as there is a 0.063 T366 Nose Rib to be mount of the other side of the rib?

Options:

a) install as designed and ignore the edge distance issues.
b) Move the location of the bracket down slightly and gain the edge distance.
c) Locate the two upper rivet holes closer to the line of three holes and gain the required edge distance. This puts the two lines of rivet quite close.
d) Any other suggestions.

Another possibility is to keep the two rivets in the same line but bring them closer together to give adequate edge distance. Drill the holes in the rib first and then back drill the bracket.
From the pictures it looks like there is enough clearance?

Given the precision of the drawing, I’d dimply move those two so that they have sufficient edge distance while keeping them as far practical from the other line of (three) rivets. Move the line for the two aft a boot, and the rivets slightly closer together.
