Flight Testing - air pressure sensors

Can anyone give a good source for a pressure sensor to use in flight testing? A stick (zap strap) on sensor so I can mount several of them around the engine baffling. Would also like temp sensors as well.

I want to do some different cowling/plenum/oil cooler measurements.
