Best way to fix this messed up rolled evevator leading edge?

I’m of course new to this whole thing, but I was hoping for some advise, what’s the best way to fix this puckering?

An edge rolling tool on the outermost skin is a good idea when laying one skin on another.
 
Ya. You’re not done yet. Be patient. I used black gorilla tape to the correct dowel dimension (various sizes from Lowe’s) can use dual vice grips to roll. Hole roll in place with cargo straps. Go cook dinner, sit down, enjoy. Come back later the next AM that aluminum will have stretched perfectly by then. I can post sample images if desired.

There also is a recent post on cracks developing on the skins from inadequate rolling, I.e. just forcing the mating of the two skins.
