RV-6A nose strut

I have a new U-603 nose landing gear strut. How do determine if it is the larger diameter strut? Can not see any numbers on the part.

Hi Paul, I measured the strut per the SB you referenced ( 1.130" ) . The top of the strut has a hole drilled at the top flange. I decided not to build anymore and the kit is gone. Is this part usable or just a large door stop?

Only usable if you still have the mount that it was match drilled to.
