Claims Processing

With the reorg plan approved, does anyone knows how the claims are processed? Who approves or denies them? Are they wholly included in the reorg plan as a whole value?

They are not wholly included in the plan. Think about it as a broad-strokes plan as to how to categorize claims into classes, administer the claim acceptance/rejection process, and payment timelines for each class. Even the final amount payout (in percentage terms) is dependent upon various things happening in the next 90-120 days. In other words, "it depends" on your type of claim and whether the debtor will choose to later reject your claims (deadline is July 31).
