I went with Hookers when I found out they had an inertial reel model that attached to the same single point bolt/screw (It did require a bushing)...

I suggest you read what Van penned in sport aviation concerning a builder that did something like that. It was not recommended.
Please research this as changing the seatbelt attachment anchors can have unintended consequences that can lead to the seat belts harming the occupants instead of saving them…

No seat belts came with my 10 kit.
No foam for the rear seats.
