Does anyone know the O/D of the 2-1/4" thick fixed-pitch, metal propellor spacer?

Also the max O/D of the RV6 fiberglass spinner?

The drawings only have part numbers. And I'm not at the airport to measure.

Being asked for tailoring an insulated engine cowl cover.
