SB-00095 has been published on the safety and service information section of the Van’s Aircraft website. This service bulletin is associated with a revision of the POH documents for the RV-12 and RV-12iS that were published yesterday.

The Pilot Operating Handbooks for RV-12 and RV-12iS have been revised and posted to the Van’s website safety and service information section. You can review the change logs for each document at the links below.
The stall speeds in the RV-12 and RV-12iS POH are now stated for indicated and calibrated values. As the aircraft approaches a stall, calibrated airspeed will continue to decrease while the indicated airspeed stabilizes at a constant value. In some configurations, this difference may be as much as 5 kts above calibrated airspeed due to disturbed airflow over the static ports. In high angle of attack conditions, the pitot/static system may become inaccurate.

There seems to be other changes in the POH. One that is concerning to me, is the recommended fuel type. The POH seems to only recommend 100LL for presently available fuels for the ULS engines. Is this a result of consultants used for Bankrupcy concern for liability issues.
