PMA 7000B and Garmin 430 with Lemo

We are completely lost and need some help.

I have a RV10 with the 7000B and 430 that everything was working fine. Last night we tried to install a Bose Lemo plug and here is our situation. After installing the plug and attempting to test the audio panel comm1 just flashes. You can hear audio but when you PTT it will not TX. As we continued to troubleshoot without luck we decided to undo the LEMO plug and put everything back to original. Upon testing we have the same issue. Audio only no PTT but now the 430 at times will key up and TX without anyone touching anything for sometime up to 15 seconds. I trip the split mode on the 7000B and it will operated the comm2 radio but comm1 still will not work correctly.

Any help would be great.

Sounds like the wiring at the jack got messed up some how in the process. The comm should not go into Tx mode without getting a ground on the PTT lead.

Problem solved. The Leno plugs have 6 wires plus 2 blk/wht shielded wires. These 2 wires do not get hooked up even though the instructions show the do.
