What are others using for connection to download data onto their laptop into EZTrend? I have not done it in years but now realize my laptop no longer has a 9 pin serial port that the connector provided by JPI uses. I bought a 9 pin to 15 pin converter cable but that does not seem to work as I get an empty file when trying to download.
