Default FAA Proposed Rule Making for future navigation

http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2011...2011-31451.pdf

For those of you considering what navigation system to put in your aircraft, you should take a look at the FAA Navigation Services proposed rule making at this link. The push is toward GPS/ WAAS equipage. It appears that installation of many more CAT I ILS facilities is in question and the current VOR system is becoming unsubstainable.
