Default Need a few measurements

I am thinking about making my own landing/taxi lights. I want to mimic the DW lights as much as I can. One additional thing I would like to do is to be able to easily adjust the angle that the lights are pointing (only in the up and down direction) once the aircraft is completed. So I designed a movable bracket (today during a meeting).

Can someone please provide angle alpha, X, Y and Z measurements? I would really appreciate it. After seeing the post about making your own plastic light covers, I think that I maybe able to build my own. I know it is going to take more time but oh well.

By the way I was thinking of using something like this. These are water proof (check out the you tube video).

Lights

The information that I post is just that; information and my own personal experiences. You need to weight out the pros and cons and make up your own mind/decisions. The pictures posted may not show the final stage or configuration. Build at your own risk.
