G g zero Well Known Member Aug 9, 2015 #3 Hinge Get some more hinge and install a piece with a pin ( no oil / fish eye issues ) It keeps paint off the sides of the eyelets , use the same piece over for the flaps .

Kahuna Moderatoring Aug 9, 2015 #4 Any paint release agent will also get on the hinge. Paint with no agent. Remove pin. Scotchbright the pin by hand. Done.
