Left Wing Rib vs Rear Spar Flange Hole Misaligned

Hi, I'm building left wing RV-9A and not sure about some misaligned rivet holes.

I have adjusted rib flanges to 90 degrees and adjusted flutes so Ribs lay flat. I have temporary installed ribs on to front and rear spars. All the holes line up good, except the little rib flange piece that lays on top of rear spar bottom flange. I have linked a pic from my dropbox account looking down on rear spar bottom flange.
There are about 7 of these rivet holes that are off.
Is this normal?

I've tried two ways to link the image from dropbox, hopefully one works.

here's what i would do:

take a plier and bend/push/work the short flange slightly so that holes lign up better and it snuggles nicely on the spar. drill final size and make sure that all edges in that area are really good deburred. set the rivet.

i remember that not perfect hole alignment is normal in some spots, especially on these short flanges.

^^^^ this.

Use a nail-set, ice pick, or similar to "persuade" the alignment. You will be doing this many times.
