G3X and GTN frequency share

If I am using G3X displays, with a GMA245R remote audio panel, GTR-20 Remote Com, and GTX45R Remote Transponder, will the G3X or each box individually, backfill frequencies to a GTN650/750 or 650/750xi? Or will I have to enter radio frequencies for COM1 on the 750 and COM2 (GTR-20) on the G3X?

Thanks in advance!

Not only can you change the frequencies from the G3X, you can also send a frequency to the standby slot on either radio from the G3X when you are in the Airport information/frequencies page. For example, you can touch AWOS for a particular airport you are viewing and the G3X will ask you which Com you want it sent to. One other things is that you would control your transponder from the G3X or the 650/750.

The GTX45R (experimental xpdr) can only be controlled by the G3X.
You would need the more expensive GTX345R if you want to control it from the GTN.

Yes I stand corrected. Thank you for correcting me Walt. i guess I was thinking of the GTX-345R and was thinking the GTX45R would have the same feature.

The G3X Touch supports both the GTN 750 as well as the GTR 20 in both standby frequency programming and frequency swap. Also, as Walt noted, if you want to control the transponder through the GTN 750 you would need a GTX 345 as the GTX 45R can only be controlled through the G3X Touch display.

Here is a handy chart from the Installation Manual outlining the COM capabilities of the G3X Touch:

Thanks,

Thanks guys, this was exactly what i was hoping for. I have no qualms with tuning the transponder only from the G3X instead of the option of all three (460, 465, GTN).
