Fuel leak around rivet

I have a very small blue circle appearing around one rivet on the leading edge of the fuel tank. Drilling out and replacing the rivet could leave potential debris in the tank. Is there a way to seal the small leak from the outside? I was thinking a little JB Weld, then sanding it flush. I'm planning on having my 9A wrapped.

thin proseal with a small amount of acetone and pressurize it from the outside. no vacuum on the inside of the tank. press down with about 50 lb of force on the syringe. the sanded flat on the syringe will make a seal and all the pressure to be applied to the rivet head. no mess. well, very little.
