Filling out Form 8130-12.
"During the fabrication and assembly of this project, I/ we used the following commercial assistance (mark N/A if no commercial assistance was used):"

My project came with anodized and riveted main spars. So I should list "Phlogiston Products, Inc", right?

As for AC20-27G Appendix 8, having a hard time figuring out percentages to assign to the four columns.

Anyone have a copy for their RV-4 they'd be willing to share?

Interesting question..I'd say no.

I've never heard that brought up, and if your building a -4 from the "kit", you are well beyond the percentage rule anyway. You didnt hire any help, but selected a kit option. As an APIA, I'm always interested in the legal fine print, but see this no different than buying a complete engine from Lycoming...which you certainly would not have built.
