Question Cable throu bulkhead/panel, which one should I use?

I'm in the process to pull the wires into the panel and fuselage.

Now the question, which one should I use o these:

Should I go with the Rubber Grommet or with the Nylon-Bushings?

Which one will last longer or protects better?

Thanks alot, regards,

I used the plastic snap bushings. Much easier to pull wire through. I found this helpful as I found it much easier if you need to add another wire and pull through. The rubber ones create more friction vs. the plastic snap bushings allow the wires to slide through with ease.

Use the snap bushings. The wires will pull easier and will provide more protection from the sharp edge of the hole.

Default Plastic Snap Bushing.

Unless of an expensive variety, the rubber ones degrade, the plastic seems to last longer. Much easier to pull wire as the others suggest.
