After being away from the project for 5 months I'm finally back at it. Here are the latest updates.
I Installed the Battery on the firewall.
For inflight entertainment I installed my XM Radio that will be wired to the intercom.
The Airbox is almost completed except for the alternate air and carb-heat access.
The wiring is pretty well wrapped up.
I put an air vent on the fuselage side for the rear passenger position.
The gascolator is bolted to the firewall with spacers to help clear the lower mount tube.
I installed the prop and torqued and safety wired it.
The pItot lines are run along the wing to the Dynon pitot/AOA probe.
I needed a charger connection that I will leave in the oil access door.
The throttle cable are now mounted to the bracket I fabricated.
A cowl fix to repair an gap I created when I overcut the side.
A canopy strut was installed to provide a cleaner installation.
I wanted the cowl pins to insert from the rear.
I put a bend at the rear of the pin to help lock it in place.

Phil - I have been looking at your pictures. A couple of questions:

1. Why did you have to make a bracket to stand the throttle cable off the bulkhead? I must be missing somthing.

2. I would be interested to see a picture of the air vent from further back so I can see where you positioned it. Are you happy with the mechanism?

Keep the pictures coming! Steve.

Steve, I used the bracket because pf were I positioned the throttle quadrant. It was a little too far from the F-403 bulkhead to mount the cables there. I put the quadrant were it was most comfortable for me.

This is the photo that shows the position of the vent in relation to F-406.
