Hello again,

I finished my VS today. I was very happy and proud until I went to move my VS I noticed 2 rivets on the forward spar are loose... ie when I tipped the VS over they popped out 1MM. Is there a solution to my buffoonery. Next time I will check every rivet upside down before closing off a section. Any help would be much appreciated.

Fix

I'm sure one of the experts will have a better solution but I suggest drilling them and replacing with MK319BS pop rivets. Call Vans tomorrow to confirm whatever solution you decide.
