HS Spar Hole?

I believe I'm missing something, but the SB calls to "trace" the trim hole from the spar, but I don't have one and didn't see anything called out in the plans.
I do plan on going manual trim.

Some seem to have it, some don't. Did I miss the call out in the instructions?
