Tie-Wrap Clip Pop Rivet

Riveting the Tie-Wrap Clip to the rudder horn assembly and I'm not sure if I should drill out this pop rivet?

Looking at it it looks like the manufactured head is dented/cracked (also I will be touching up with primer, I assembled too soon after priming... Don't worry ). Should I drill it out or just go with it? Not sure how big of a difference it will make as it's attached to the Tie-Wrap Clip. Thanks!

The head scratches appear insignificant relative to strength for holding a tie wrap clip.

Just my opinion.
