radio noise

I have a lot of noise in my sl-40 radio both in xmit. and receiving and
it worst at higher rpm and speed. I have installed the canopy seal
and have no wind noise. Has anyone else had this problem?

Try the squelch. I had lots of static in flight until I squelched it out.

Gus suggested pulling the fuel pump circuit breaker and see id it helps. I have had a motor boating sound not affected by the squelch.
