Timing for a slick - lasar electronic ignition?

I sent my magnetos away for 500 hr service. Then was reading about timing a Lasar ignition. Says I need a "synchrolasar" as a traditional buzz-box will not work. Will a typical A/P have one of these devices to time electronic lasar system?
