How to Attach Pictures?

Can someone tell me how to embed or attach pictures stored in my computer with the new posting system? When I click on the picture icon, it is still asking for the URL for the picture like the old system that required hosting. Thanks.

Use the paperclip icon "attachments" that is above and to the left of the insert image icon.
