Grinding exhaust flanges?

My stepson needs to have the exhaust flanges on a 160 HP Cherokee machined flat.

Do any of you guys have a suggestion of where to send it?

I heard good things about Dawley but haven't used them personally.

I don't normally do certified work but facing the flanges is a simple 1 minute job. Look us up on the web(Vetterman) I can probably help you out. Clint

Keep it at home and use a 12 inch flat file??
