Flap crank template

I’m on page 34-02, plans call for a W-00026 template.
It also says see section 5 for details. I can’t find anything there and my pick list does not show the W-00026 template used to drill the two flap rods to the crank.

Any help?

If you order fuselage before wings you may not have it.

It's part of the wing kit (also used to align ailerons), not expensive to order if you don't have one.
