F-848 Upper Longeron Gusset Placement

Question on the placement of the F-848 upper longeron gusset: Does the aft uppermost hole on the gusset sit between the tab on the center section assembly and the upper longeron or does it sit inboard of the tab on the center section assembly? See the two pics attached. It’s unclear from the plans - at least I couldn’t tell although I’m sure somewhere there is a good pic.

P.S. Disregard the 'R' in the photo. This is a pic of the left gusset.

The picture on the right is what I have. The frame tab offset is supposed to allow the clearance of the longeron, but not both the longeron and the gusset

Just as an FYI, and for anyone else who has the same question in the future, I reached out to Vans Support also on this. They took a look at the quickbuild fuselages in the warehouse and they all had the gusset in between the tab and the longeron - the picture on the left.

They also said there is no structural impact either way.
