Default Landing permits in eastern caribbean?

"A friend" has a trip coming up to the eastern Caribbean in their RV and can't seem to find any info on if experimental aircraft are permitted there. For those of you that have done this, what have you found out?

Default Landing Permits

No Landing permits required for GA aircraft, including EAB for most of the Caribbean. Dutch colonies may be an exception.
