Bahamaa and Crystal River Florida

My wife Melissa and I ventured south to escape the cold a few days in our RV 9A. We left Mauston New Lisbon airport in Mauston Wi (82C) and flew down to Treasure Cay Bahamas, with a couple stops for fuel and then stopping at Ft Pierce Fl for a sandwich and then on to Treasure Cay.

This was an outstanding trip, we rented bikes in Treasure Cay and toured around talking to locals and Americans as well. We felt very safe and enjoyed the food and local flavor, things were expensive, but what the heck....we were on vacation..!!!!

After leaving Treasure Cay we flew back to Ft. Pierce cleared customs then on to Crystal River Fl. We rented Kayaks, visited the park and went on a Manatee tour with a local company. We spent three days there and really enjoyed it. We feel blessed to have our RV 9A, what a great machine for traveling... Thanks VAf for being a great resource to all of us...

A few Pictures of our trip below.

Aerial

Love the Aerial, thanks for the comments. I don't think they would do well in Wisconsin...lol

Great trip! It was a stop by on our first trip to Treasure Cay we decided to move to Florida.

All familiar views thanks Bugsbunny. Brings back memories of 2011 when Ted towed me across the ocean to Treasure Cay. We should repeat it someday Ted. We were good on budgeting back then :)

I have to say that my RV helped me made more friends, visited more places, and now live in the best place than anything else.

John,

By the way, if you have not seen it, the following is the kind of fun we have here at the Creek.
