Draft RV-7A POH

I am approaching completion of my RV-7A with an IO-360 and have taken a first pass at a POH, inspired by some of the ones on this site.

Being a fan of checklists, I'm also aiming to put the maintenance schedule and procedures in the POH as I develop them.

I'd appreciate critiques from other pilots. I'll refine based on feedback, anything I hear from the DAR, and Phase I testing, and repost when done.

Looks good to me on quick scan. The oil temp listed in cruise flight seems a little high....well, like 200+ degrees high.
