Get the Saber Lugs

Finn, the threadded lugs will allow shorter bolts, IMO it's worth the 168.00. The shorter the bolt the better on a prop. Plus, much easier to Torque from a maintenance standpoint.

Yes, but the plate can be drilled for 4.75 bolt pattern between the 4.375 that it has. I've done a couple of their 12" spinner kits so far, for customer props. One an RV4 and other a French Stampe....
