Hi Tim,

I have been running 5 qts since about hour 100. Any more just blows out the breather very quickly - I do not run an oil separator.

I use about 1-2 qt per 50 hours, it has been that way...

I do think that mogas keeps things cleaner, but I think it is observational and can't quantify it.

Sadly I forgot to buy the oil analysis kit. Maybe next time.

Bit of valve grinding compound on the screwdriver bit might give you the traction to get it moving.

Carb Heat

Try some carb heat. My O-320 behaves like yours, but I can use carb heat to "steer" the mixture.

At 7500 feet, WOT, I can get the cylinders to peak at just about the same time with the carb heat...
