New to me RV10 kit and old blue plastice, heat gun helps a ton

I recently given an RV10 tail kit from a friend of a friend, very grateful. I was wanting to start one for a bit, this made it easy. Anyways, it is from 2003 and the blue plastic is still on most of the parts. I was having a really tough time getting it off, some on here mentioned a heat gun helps. Using the heat gun helped tremendously, almost made the plastic new (softened it up and allowed me to pull the entire sheets off, rather than it breaking into thousands of smaller pieces). I think it cut my tail kit build time by at least half.
