Where is the Electric Flaps Motor for an RV 8A located?

I have a gentleman here that is having problems with the flaps.

Taos Regional Airport.

Right under the passenger's left elbow - remove the side panel to the left of the passenger seat for access.

This is an older gentleman, who recently sold his C182 and purchased this RV-8A.

Nassau Bay, sounds familiar, I just moved to Taos,NM (3 years ago) from Galveston County (Santa Fe, Texas).

RV8a flap motor

Since he is a new owner of an RV8A and apparently not familiar with all of the systems, etc. he would do well to purchase a preview plans set for the 8A from Vans Aircraft. It will give him lots of 3D views of everything in the airplane. It will be a great $50.00 investment for him. Jack
