Can someone tell me exactly what the TOGA guidance does on the Dynon touch?

Page 8-32 of the current pilots user guide. only works if vnav engaged, switches to heading mode and vertical spped.

I thought it is also used to cycle the missed approach of using a GPS navigator and shooting a published instrument approach also..

And re-sets the electric elevator trim to T/O position, if it's set up for it.
