GAP 26 Pitot Wiring

Starting to run the wires for the GAP 26 regulated pitot. Those that have done this how have you wired your 2 power and 2 grounds to the controller in parallel? I?m planning on running a 12 gauge shielded pair out to the controller then obviously it has to be split to the 2 red and 2 black connectors. I was thinking of a couple terminal blocks but that might be overkill. Trying to splice two 12 gauge wires is a not optimum. Thoughts".......

The 2 reds and 2 blacks are not 12 AWG wires, you should be able to twist the 2 wires together and insert them in one end of a 12 AWG crimp connector and the 12 AWG power or ground in the other end... Use the connector of your choice...Fast On, Anderson, Butt type, etc.

Thanks for the clarification. That was my first choice to butt splice it, but wasn?t sure if that was the safe way to go. Easier the better. Cheers.
